These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.navixflyy.com and all related applications, APIs and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Ocean Wonder under the brand NavixFlyy. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract. B2B partners (agents, retailers, distributors, white-label clients) must complete KYC as required under applicable RBI, NPCI and other regulatory guidelines. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Travel Services
NavixFlyy acts as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers, visa agencies and other suppliers. Bookings are subject to the respective supplier's fare rules, cancellation policies and conditions of carriage.
Fares and availability are dynamic and confirmed only upon successful ticket issuance. Visa assistance is advisory; grant of a visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy.
3. Fintech Services
Domestic Money Transfer, AePS, Micro-ATM, Bill Payments (BBPS), Recharges, Forex and Payment Gateway services are provided in partnership with licensed banks and regulated entities. Transactions are subject to their limits, charges and dispute resolution timelines. Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where shown. Refunds for cancellations are processed per supplier rules, less convenience and service fees, typically within 7–21 working days to the original payment source. Failed fintech transactions are auto-reversed per bank/NPCI timelines.
5. Devices & Hardware
POS terminals, biometric scanners and thermal printers carry the manufacturer's warranty. Replacement or repair requests must be raised within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are the property of Ocean Wonder or its licensors. No part may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Wonder shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays, cancellations, or deficiencies attributable to suppliers, banks, networks or events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
